Method:
Equipment:
- Icing sugar & raro
- Container/cup
- Citric acid or tartaric acid
- baking powder
- Popsicle stick (to mix)
- Teaspoon
Instructions:
- Get all of the equipment ready
- add 1 teaspoon of sugar and raro to the cup
- Half a teaspoon of acid to the cup
- add half a teaspoon of baking powder
- Mix with the popsicle stick
- Taste the sherbet and adjust the flavor

The powder dissolved in my mouth and then I fizzled in my mouth

It Was a chemical reaction and it made the sherbet produced a gas called carbon dioxide .
